Welcome to Inkly. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Service Description

Inkly provides a virtual tattoo sticker preview tool. You can browse built-in designs, overlay them on camera or photo previews, adjust appearance, compare before/after, and spend Points to save or export HD previews. Inkly does not provide tattooing services, medical advice, or permanent body modification.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. This tool is for virtual preview only. Tattoos are not recommended for minors. You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding tattoos and in-app purchases.

3. Account

• Sign in uses One-Tap Sign In with a device-local guest profile. No password is required.
• You may Log Out or Delete Account at any time in Settings.
• Deleting your account removes local profile data on that device and cannot be undone.

4. Points & In-App Purchases

• Points are a virtual consumable currency used inside the App (e.g. HD save/export).
• Points are sold via Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) as one-time consumables. Prices are shown before purchase.
• Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies.
• We do not offer subscription plans or "Restore Purchases" for consumable Points in this version.
• Browsing, try-on, adjust, and compare features are free unless otherwise stated in the App.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse IAP or Points systems
• Misrepresent previews as professional tattoo advice or guaranteed real-world results
• Circumvent device security or Apple platform rules

6. Content & Intellectual Property

Built-in tattoo designs, UI, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the App for preview purposes. You do not acquire ownership of designs by previewing or saving them.

7. Disclaimers

Inkly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Virtual previews are approximations only. Actual tattoo appearance may differ based on skin tone, healing, artist technique, and placement. We are not responsible for tattoo decisions you make after using the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid for Points in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the App if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or operational reasons.

10. Privacy

Your use of Inkly is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of the App publisher, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
